Soaked in Soca is a
nonprofit organisation officially registered in March 2021 and based in Cologne, Germany.
With unique Caribbean influenced projects, we aim to enrich the European landscape for cultural diversity and in so doing, bring about positive and lasting change in society.
Spotlight
A few weeks ago, we were proud to be one of the partners associated with an important panel discussion sponsored by the city of Cologne, under the heading:
`Carnival Futures - Building an inclusive, racism-sensitive carnival culture in Cologne.’
The spotlight shined on `Cologne Carnival, as an important cultural event that radiates far beyond the city limits, having great potential to strengthen the sense of community and cohesion in society.
